Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders are only shipped on business days.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey to you.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, weight of the package, and shipping method chosen. Below are our standard shipping options:

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs delays are possible, and we cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at ringofgems@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the tracking information. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, please provide photos of the damaged goods, packaging, and any other relevant details so that we can assist you more effectively.

Exchanges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose to exchange an item, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
